Golf error codes
G'day,
My dad has a current model Golf and would like to get hold of some sort of listing of the computer error codes that the thing spits out.
Anybody out there with any info on where or how to find out about them would be greatly appreciated.

You can also do it yourself - make up a cable if you can get the plug (look under your dash for the color), and go here:
http://www.ross-tech.com
Get the free shareware version of the VAG-COM tool. It'll tell you the codes, but you'll need a Bentley manual to decode them. The fully
paid up version of VAG-COM has these entered for your model.
Ben's offered to let you in on the codes - I'd take him up on the offer!

Thanks guys,
I've passed your info on to my dad and he'll take it up from there.
