Do any SA members know this Karmann Ghia?

I have just purchased this 1963 Karmann Ghia from QLD. It was last registered in SA in 2004 and was owned by Andrew (not sure if I can post his surname). It's been in dry storage for 5 years and is currently making it's way from QLD to Tas.
Any info on it would be great.

Thanks :) I will try them. I have had a mechanic check it out and there are no problems with it, I am just curious as to who did there resto on it.

I haven't actually seen it in the flesh, I have a nasty habit of impulse VW buying off the net. Bought a 1972 SC ute from QLD about 4 months ago and now this one. The mechanic mentioned I may have trouble finding tyres in Tassie so I am guessing lowered with wides. Will let you know when I finally get my hands on it.
