1/4 window
Before i start replacing my passengers side 1/4 window and breaking something, how do you go about this procedure?
any tips appreciated (1968 beetle)

remove the trim (doorcard) or just loosen the front half -top side and bottom
possibly inner handle also
with qtr w open remove the rubber seal from the top past the s/steel hinge
u will find this hinge is held in by 2 phillips screws...remove same.....
u will find some 10mm nuts below the pivoting shaft area behind the door card....loosen these to free the post from the clamp ....oil it first and
lever it upwards
bear in mind u r handling glass!
want any vw bits old but like me, Made in Germany!!!
