Single Port vs Dual Port

Hi guys,

Stoopid question from a newbie, but I'm all about the learning! So, how do I tell the difference between a single port and a dual port engine?? Can you tell simply by looking at them? Any advice or tips greatly appreciated!!

Kris.

the inlet manifolds at the head will look like 2 runners going into the head as opposed to one... if dual port.

If single port it has a single runner going into the head.

the dual port with the 2 runners going into each head, just looks like 2 tubes cast together, twisting down into the top of the head.

Here is My single port engine
the manifold goes from head to head..

on a twin port, there are rubber connectors, so the ends can be taken off...
