baja kits
Anyone had any expeirence with this fibreglass kit, the guy tells me the kit is similar to the cheetah kit and the fibreglass is 3.5mm thick, anyone?

3.5 is not bad i think a little more around the edges on the guards help as thats where you hit things

Well Kit arrived today and to answer my own question as well as letting anyone else know, thie kit is ok for the money , but make sure you have some
fibreglassing capabilities , because at this stage the componets are not bolt on items , there is a lot of finishing of and trimming to do, hope this
helps anyone else looking at purchasing the kit

Whats left to do? Drilling and stuff? or do u have to make the 'bolt' faces on the guards?
The price u got for it though, new without any cracks is pretty bloody good compared to other manufacturer prices.

I wish all i had to do was drill holes..lol, but not so lucky, bubbled gelcoat , so lots of filling and sanding , all the components have only had the
excess fibreglass from the moulds roughly removed , so lots of edging to do, so yes you need some fibreglass expertise or be prepared to pay somebody
to finish them of correctly

If fit is a prob remember you can slowly bend and for to fit... We had trouble when we did ours many moons ago but putting some bolts in and then
letting it sit in the sun for a week or so and then forming pushing some more allowed us to get a great result.
