Type 4 Piston Brand
I'm in the process of tearing down the block I picked up and I was wondering does anyone know what the original piston brand was on Type 4's (late
type 2's)?
The pistons are 94mm Mahle's.
Maybe I picked up a nice find with more hidden goodies inside....

Mahles.
This is my Volkswagen, there are many like it, but this one is mine. Without me my Volkswagen is useless, without my Volkswagen, I am useless.

I had a look at the cam last night and it looks worn. The block is from a 78.
