Maybe open up your options and borrow some complete wheels with tyres for RWC ? maybe for the price of a six-pack? are you after 4 or 5 stud ?
otherwise, i think there is a place in Geebung ( http://www.colemantyres.com.au/ ) that sells cheap tyres from about $50 each fitted.
