I don't know why people cry everytime this vid is posted up.
You can see when it goes past on the forks the tranny and engine and fueltank have already been saved and when it flips upside down the battery
section is made of plywood so the rest of the car was probably farked as well.
If you check the making of the hippy bug vid it says "it was infected with rust among other things."

It wasn't aimed at you or anyone else in this thread, it was just a generalisation.
That vid has been around a while and popped up on various forums over the years and everytime people get upset not thinking that 100s of vws get that
treatment each year anyway, its just this one they made a bit of fun out of it,
