2789CC AUTOCRAFT with NOS


Since I have sold my drag car I no longer have a need for this engine . I have owned this engine since 1996 and it has been extremely reliable . This is a complete engine that will be disassembled and freshened for the buyer . It contains the following components;
Autocraft Pro-series dry sump case , std type 4 mains and 101.6mm stud pattern
Scat 86mm flanged crank , std type 4 mains with std chevy rod jnl's
Pauter Z 8 camshaft with 348 deg. running duration with 446 lift at the cam
JE 101.6mm forged pistons , ceramic coated tops , silicon coated skirts with dykes top ring , Z gap 2nd and std oil ring
AA Performance 101.6mm long barrels machined for 6 studs
Autocraft 910 heads with 50.5 x 40.5 mm Del west titanium valves , K 800 springs , ported from Autocraft , flow 262 cfm @ 550 lift @ 25"
Autocraft 3 stage dry sump pump
Autocraft 1.25 pro-rockers
Autocraft dual tapered push rods
Autocraft pushrod tubes
Magnum straight cut gears
Scat solid lifters
Scat flanged flywheel with chassis shop dual 180mm disc set-up
Gene Berg 58mm IDA carbs wth 50mm venturies
NOS nitrous oxide set-up with 4 fogger nozzles and 4 solinoids
Product Engineering vacuum pump with -16 lines
This engine is complete with all stainles steel braided lines and an fittings , fuel pump , and all pressure regulators . This engine produced approx 270 hp on carbs and went 10.67 and with a 140 shot of nitrous it went 9.80 @ 134 mph . This engine is located in Wollongong NSW and can be shipped anywhere in Australia .
