Newbie joining up!
Been a Veedub fan for a long time. Previously owned a
three Kombis, 62 and 64 split windows and a 74 ex army
bay window. Also a 68 model baja.
Don't own a VW at the moment unless you count pulling a
J & S buggy body out of the bush last weekend. The pan has had it, the front end not too bad, looks like it has a lowering kit fitted to the beam.
Engine and gearbox complete but looks pretty stuffed. Just couldn't let an old veedub die could I!
Also have a bit of a collection of diecast Vws and some Rc
beetles as well. will try and put some pics up soon.
My crave is for a mildly warm late 60's beetle, couple of kids at boarding school at present so crave is just a dream at this stage!
