That's hilarious, I drove past these beauties yesterday same as where the pics are taken on the the Bruce Hwy and thought "You don't see these
everyday, Should put em on ebay" and here they are.
You may think they are shockers but, you know how 70's stuff is now in fashion.....
Well the young crew these days are into 80's gear and some how these will have value soon enough.
Think of what you could have bought 20-30 years ago, and back then we all laughed........

I wanted one of those way back when I was nearing the age of getting
my license..back in 89-90...thought they were kewl....then I wanted a superbug..then i wanted a manx...then I wanted a baja....got a crap galant, then
got a baja..finally got a manx...getting rid of manx, maybe I can fullfill a teen dream and get me one of those next....  would need airhorns and stick on
'graphix' made by hand with a stanley knife from contact, so it can get the 'peelieoffie post 80's funk' style look..........In fact bugger
you's all...I am going to get one and create a new-wave dub movement.........forget ratlook.. then next big thing is 80's crap look... You wait
you'll be jealous and wish you had taken the initiative and had the guts to 'stand out from the crowd'........... all alone...... with no friends
because no one wants to talk to you because white sunnies, shoulderpads and miami vice suits bring back too many bad memories.......  |
