So you want to HELP some one ?
I had this sent to me today by a contact with in the WA main roads department
This is happening now!
Sad, especially if you are inclined to 'help' people...
While driving on a rural end of the roadway on Thursday morning, I saw an infant car seat on the side of the road with a blanket draped over it. For
whatever reason, I did not stop, even though I had all kinds of thoughts running through my head. But when I got to my destination, I called the
Police and they were going to check it out. But, this is what the Police advised even before they went out there to check....
"There are several things to be aware of… gangs and thieves are now plotting different ways to get a person (mostly women) to stop their vehicle
and get out of the car.
"There is a gang initiation reported by the local Police where gangs are placing a car seat by the road with a fake baby in it, waiting for a woman,
of course, to stop and check on the abandoned baby.
"Note that the location of this car seat is usually beside a wooded or grassy (field) area and the person -- woman -- will be dragged into the woods,
beaten and raped, and usually left for dead. If it's a man, they're usually beaten and robbed and maybe left for dead, too.
DO NOT STOP FOR ANY REASON!!!
DIAL 000 AND REPORT WHAT YOU SAW, BUT DON'T SLOW DOWN.
"IF YOU ARE DRIVING AT NIGHT AND EGGS ARE THROWN AT YOUR WINDSCREEN, DO NOT STOP TO CHECK THE CAR, DO NOT OPERATE THE WIPER AND DO NOT SPRAY ANY
WATER BECAUSE EGGS MIXED WITH WATER BECOME MILKY AND BLOCK YOUR VISION UP TO 92.5% AND YOU ARE THEN FORCED TO STOP BESIDE THE ROAD AND BECOME A VICTIM
OF THESE CRIMINALS.
THIS IS A NEW TECHNIQUE USED BY GANGS, SO PLEASE INFORM YOUR FRIENDS AND RELATIVES.
THESE ARE DESPERATE TIMES AND THESE ARE UNSAVOURY INDIVIDUALS WHO WILL TAKE DESPERATE MEASURES TO GET WHAT THEY WANT."

Yeah, sick of these hoax email warnings, but here's one I can attest to as it happened to me personaly and from what I hear it is happening
frequently around the country.
Leaving a shopping center recently I saw two young girls begging for a ride at the exit from the car park, I stopped to ask them where they were
headed and as I was going their way I offered them a lift, to my surprise they both got in the back seat. Before we had gone too far I noticed (via
the rear view mirror) that they were making out with each other doing some things that you just wouldn't want to know about, or maybe you would) I
pulled to the side of the road to tell them to cut it out or get out and before I knew it they climbed into the front seat and started the same things
on me, I was powerless to stop them as they were both young and very strong, then they grabbed my wallet and were gone in a flash. This is definatly
happening so beware, it happened to me on the 1/11/10, and again on the 3rd and 5th, hopefully it will happen again on the 7th and probably the 10th,
so beware all.
I dream of a day when a chicken can cross a road without being asked for it's motive!

In a bid to keep the pubic, oops sorry, public, safe I am unwilling to disclose the name of the particular shopping center where this terrable
traversty occured enough to say that the police have been advised and they have a constant stream of police cars keeping watch, why they are unmarked
and plain cloths I am yet to figure out.  .
I dream of a day when a chicken can cross a road without being asked for it's motive!
