Stripping a car and going down the path of the 'fully fledged resto', sripped and blasted on a rotissorie...are not exactly the trade markes of some one who easily gives up or balks at a challenge. your too emotional vlad...

as if it was an easy or fun decision to part with the body

Can you make sense of that ebay listing?
I think I'm a bit slow, because I don't really understand what he's done to the car thus far. I even sent the seller a message but am now even more confused. Maybe I'm over thinking things.
Is the car just a '68 model with a '73 pan but still using the original '68 real swing axel? Anyone know if that'd cause any issues with getting it re-registered?
Sorry about the thread hijack :spin:

rear subframes can be swapped out , there arent too many adr's on a 73 so wouldnt be a big deal, heater controls and seat runners are diff though as is shifter base (easier to do shifter bush) . But later pan will bolt up no worries.
