WTB: Anyone wrecking or parting a 1500 beetle? (am after parts)
Hi,
Am after a few mish mash bits:
- the single bit of steel brake line complete end to end that crosses the front nose cone of the gearbox.
- The fasteners that hold the tie rod ends to the tie rods
- The hinge pin that holds the accelerator pedal to the floor.
I'm located at Edens Landing, 4207 QLD. I will pay shipping/labour. any help much appreciated.
Chris.

Chris , if your willing to look for yourself then upstairs at CVD will have all your looking for , but as i am no longer an owner in this bussiness
you will need to ring Peter at the shop and ask to look ,
No dought he will tell you no there is not those items upstairs , but i can assure you there there
Don't let body work get in the way of real suspension travel

i bushed they are good suggestions... i got a new metal brake line but its like 150mm too long... the brake shop will have the tooling for the ol'
dub style line to shorten it for me? cos that would be awesum otherwise :P yea i'm after the clamp nuts for the tie rods. Door hinge would do the
trick , i could also just put a lanky bolt through there too hey. So i
spose itrs juts teh tie rod clamps that have me most concerned.
Hi Andrew thanks mate . last time i was there u had heaps of mad
toys and spares everywhere . I got a contact atm and will suss out and
see how i go, but will certainly not rule it the option if this one fallls though. Hows things anyways in the dub scene for ya?
