baja engine

what size motor did the 76 beetle come out with, i know it is twin port and presumed it was a 1600, but i have been told they only came out with a 1300?. thankyou in advance

and i think they had a different exhaust and air filter setup
but yeah they should be as41 case 85.5 bore and 69 stroke
1585 ? ;)
