WTD - L Bug wiper arms

I am after a set of L bug wiper arms

I am ONLY after the original Left and Right versions with blade holder ( I can buy the actual blade)
I am NOT after the the new aftermarket style that has flat blades. They do not work.

I have the longer left arm - but not the left blade holder.

Right Arm - short
Right Blade - long
Left Arn - long
Left blade - short

2 right arms I can work with as well

Thanks

barry

Hi Barry

After you after the Aussie made Tryco ones or the German style? The Aussie ones have a pin on the end, the German ones have a hook. I bought German ones from VW Heritage in the UK. I might have some Aussies ones floating around.

pretty sure I dont care - the ones I have are the Australian version. If German are better than great

As lons as they are complete with arm and blade and take the universal slide in rubber blade you get from Autobarn

What I dont want are like the Bosh replacement ones

Donn
I will try again

Got your PM. Looks like I have the ones you are after though they are black (bit chipped) a close up of the wrong type would be helpfull, not sure how the end comes off the arm, have tried but don't want to force the issue, they have those small tabs on the ends of the arms which look like they are meant to be spring loaded to remove the blade holder. I'll have to check our path to the airport as we will be in a bit of a hurry, you may have to meet me somewhere. Do you want all the rubbers?

Dont really have a close up as I threw them away

The ones I want have a single piece that the rubber blade slides in to

The Bosch ones are like 2 holders on the blade

See if this works -
https://www.classicveedub.com.au/cvd_new/part_detail.aspx?parts_id=16081

As for the rubbers - I am after the 2 door only

If you go Victoria Road way you pass VERY close to my place - then into the city - tunnel and you are there

Hi

I bought a set of wiper blade holders with an airfoil on them from Super cheap, I fitted them to my sons bug and they seem to be holding up really well.

When I started building my new 1303 I had a mishmash of wiper arms so I bought some from VW heritage, they still have them but they are 22.43 pounds each, yikes.

Steve
