Norwell circuit (gold-coast)
had a spin (well,, a few sessions) around Norwell circuit a couple of days ago, tested a few things like different tyres, different tyre pressures,
wheel alignments, & wing hight/angle adjustments,,, & only a few days earlier we had played with the cam-timing as these R1 engines tend to
stretch their chain quite a fair bit from new, so , seeing as my engine has done about 20.000 ks , we cranked the cams back to somewhere near where
they`re supposed to be
the end results being very positive indeed, we`d found that the tyres we like,(feel good) are the better ones, we`ve hit upon a good pressure for
them, our initial wheel alignment settings were spot on, & also found the best low-&-High speed wing settings,,, (to the best of our ability
& equipment atm)
here`s one session from the in-car camera,,, sorry about the horrible camera angle & wind noise, we`ll sort that next time out, maybe Lakeside
practise session in late January

oh & yes i know i have plenty of track left to play with but i needed to try to drive each session as much the same as the previous (for our
testing to be somewhere near as accurate as we can get) so please don`t have a go at me about not using all the track,,, it only means i have plenty
of time up my sleeve :-) & apparently 58secs is wicked fast around there anyways :-) so i`m pretty choofed
when you watch the video, i have HEAPS of room to go WAY faster :-)
hangin for another fangin even more now :-)
