6v -> 12v (& Fuse Box)

I'm seeking opinions and advice on converting my 65' from 6v to 12volt.

Any links, previous posts, topics and projects would be greatly appreciated.

Secondly, where is a good place to source an after market fuse box with at least 8 slots. The current one is cactus and will need to be replaced.

Also seeking good ideas people may have while my Beetle (eventual Baja) is off the road and I have some time to devote to wiring and other modifications.

Regards,

B.

You can buy 8 or 10 fuse boxes made by Narnva that use the push in fuses.... much better than the originals....
I have just fitted a 10 fuse push in fuse box in My beetle...

still tiding up all the wiring.. lol

Thanks Ian & Lee for the advice. I'll call them and ask them to order a 10 slot in for me.

Any useful 6v ~> 12 volt links you know of?
