And my personal experience is the dunebuggy site is so slow that when I try to access anything I hit the button then go and enjoy a nice Shiraz or two while waiting for it to load.

Yeah, its a free forum.

It's quick enough for me but if you use dial up the add are killers. Take a lifetime to load but for a forum its good. Great people and plenty to read.

Gday Donn, Yes I can see where you are coming from now. My internet has slowed because I went over my quota for the month, and the buggy forrum is painfull, normally its not too bad, but it has to load the adds (this pays for the free forum) before the rest of the post loads, and some of them are quite big so take a while to download on a slow connection.

The internet is usually slow at work becuase there are a number of people on the one connection, however the buggy forums is quick as all internet traffic goes through a filter and it blocks all the adds. This led me to the fact its the adds that slow it down.
This filter is good and bad, good in that the buggy forums is nice and quick, bad in that it knows aussieveedubbers.com is a non work related site, so the whole forum is blocked.
