Guys/Gals, just wondering if anyone has purchased yet from justkampersaustralia since they opened for trading? Keen to find out if it was a pleasurable transaction. Not much joy at this end with response to emails, so am wondering do I or don't I with regard to purchasing off the site. Cheers in advance:dork:.:dork:

hey guys and gals im only new to the scene but thought i would join in on this convo i purchased some seals and odds and sodds from justkampersaustralia and was very happy with service and price i would say that i would be buying more but the credit card only goes so far lol and also anyone know where i can get some kafar style bars

Good afternoon all in regards to the email situation some emails didnt reach there destinations due to server issues if any body has had a similar issue please email me at sales@justkampersaustralia.com with a contact name and number and i will answer any questions that you may have or
call me Shannon on 02 9645 7660 between 8.30 and 5 pm monday to friday.
and remember any comment is a good comment because it brings issues to light.

JC, good response. remember lads (& lasses) "bagging" is not acceptable but constructive critisism (?) is.
i have delt with JC in the uk too many times to remember, both by mail and personally at shows etc, if the Aus outfit is as good we should all benefit! jon.

I ordered goods from JKA and they shipped them out real quick. Although it took Star Track Express 4 days to deliver the goods to me, 1.5 hours away from JKA! They're excuse was they had to check the address as it scanned in incorrectly?!? Everying great on JKA's behalf. Great service, great prices. Will be dealing with them again.

I ordered and paid for a windscreen rubber late December,
realizing they were not open till 12 Jan bought elsewhere.
Rang on the 12 Jan and cancelled the order with Shannon and asked for a credit i.e. goods to the value of.
No problem.
A week or so later the windscreen rubber turns up,rang Shannon and no problem,sent it back and ordered some other bits.
Still waiting for that order.:lol:

the JustKampers website is significant.

It is the first fully functional shop-and-pay website in Australia. Many of us dont live near VW supply shops, havent got the time and patience to ring around the major suppliers on the East Coast, and are completely dependent on online shops. But I would love to be able to wander in to some of the big VW parts retail shops, I'm sure I would empty my credit card. But due to distance its not practical for me or many others.

Previously we have been at the mercy of the Aussie dollar and excessive postal fees when using overseas online shops.

So now we have one in Australia, they are providing the benefit of bulk purchasing, years of experience, and the best website technology. I contacted them and they inform me that they will be doing there 'special orders' through regular bulk shipments from the UK. I expect there will be the usual teething problems but I hope it all works out for everyones benefit.

Works for me.
