newbie too 73 beetle
another newbie here from sydney....had the 73 beetle for a couple of years, now realise it is time to make him like new. but where do you start,
anyone done this...shud i join a club..any recommendations, see i am not really mechanical...but i am bug mad...any advice? |

Welcome to the forum this is the place to receive good advice and help.
I guess it depends what you want to do, where abouts are you in Sydney I can recommend RAW out at Campbelltown who have done all the work on my
beetle.
Do you have any photos you can post of your bug?

Am here at Concord. Mechanically, Boris @vintage vee dub looks after me.
But I guess I just want to be more involved...try to do a few things for myself...with a little help.
As for what to do or where I go with my bug....he does all my travelling for me, my daily ride. 50k's each way each day. I just think he needs a bit
of dressing up.
Anyone used the dash cover for the superbug from classic vd ? from what i can gather...it just goes over the top?? |
