Hi, auto electrician kindly blew up my switch for me when testing the circuit, does anyone have a stalk switch suitable for a 1963 beetle? Thanks

Thanks for the advice grumble, trouble is the auto electrician said it smoked when he was running tests so I don't think it's as simple as a cracked wire or dirty contacts?
