You can cut out stock ones to use, my old chop top had it that way, or get a locl machine shop to fab a set.

If you have a JT beam they sell them but you have to ring them ( no web site ) Phone number in Hotvw's mag.
Or make them from billet , is what I did . Had a local machine shop make them .
As a good quick fix , use steel standard one's cut off , then use conrod bearings underneath the two brackets .
Rods car is done this way , never a issue .
As Matt said !! I second that !!

Jamar do sell them in billet now. However when I used my Jamar Aloy beam I made them out of two original steel pressings and 3" tube cut in half to form 1/2 shells and fabricated the brackets over on old original beam to get it to the exact fit. This also stops the beam from being crushed too far into the head frame and the bolts bottom out on an inside stop block to prevent any over crushing of the beam. I have ordered a pair of aloy ones from Jamar to pick up on my next trip in April but I have concerns about the aloy clamps maintaining crush on the beam over along time? Its not the travelling down the strip that worries me but the hours that the car spends on trailer travelling to and from events that might cause them to losen up in time. I would asume that the steel fabricated brackets would not be much different in weight to the aloys however the aloy is much nicer on the eyes. If you use the aloys I would think that they would need to be Tig welded in position to stop the beam slipping along them but I am yet to find out what others have done there.

Cheers
Andrew

The bearing shells were just clamped there to match the radius of the beam better and give some ease to the point loading.
