Ash or Similar for DC tray and hoops.

Any wood workers out there know where I can get some new slats made (I have the dimensions) for a DC tray? I also need the wood for the hoops.
The originals I believe were ash but Rick Wilson in the States does iroko or teak or whatever to suit. Any hardwood would do I guess but will take guidance. It is a nightmare to import wood into Australia (understandably) as the quarantine and spray will up the cost three fold.

Hi,
Any traditional wooden boat builder will be able to do the hoops, rails and slats. They spend a lot of time steaming and bending wood.
