2.0 l Kombi rear seat F/S

Hello I have had this seat in the roof of my shed for many years. It is in very good, totally original condition. Not hard or split. It has 2 small flaws from its previous owner. Its the rear seat not the middle one.... It is kinda Beige in colour. It is in Newcastle and it is for sale. I dont know its value so any feedback would be appreciated as would any offers.
