NSW buying a car from ACT
I'm going off to look at a used car in ACT. Whi has done this before adn how does it work.
The car doesnt have rego at the moment. They are going to put 3 months on it and take $300 off because I am a NSW resident. Until that point I hadnt
even considered ther transfer costs.
What is the procedure? Will I be liable for ACT stamp duty? NSW stamp duty? Both?

Drive it for 3 months then it must pass a blue slip for NSW rego,
car forums. where a lot of peoples good intentions end up taking a good old car off the road forever never ever to see the road again.
