Picnic day
Yeap,
was there and wandering about for a few hours more than I thought I would.
Now that I am back at home i can finally pay Bugboy for his gear, but I saw a few things for sale (ie read other peoples crap, no offense intended)
that I would like to have or will do to my car when I get around to it

Must say that I (and my little girl Amy) had a great day at the picnic also. Unfortunately the time went really quickly, got caught up in one group
and didn't get a chance to meet everyone  Oh well there's always
another event to look forward to I guess !!!
Thanks to the organisers for a great day. Took some pics which I will throw onto a website shortly.

Glad to hear everyone had a good time. Its a great venue and a very casual day, we did have around 20 or so swappers selling stuff and i saw several
good bargains on the day.

I didn't know so many forum members were there. I saw Penguine, Silversurfer and lex. Not too many people recognised me. I was selling a few
things out of the boot of my blue golf. I left the silver Oval at home because it's in bits and I can't drive two cars at once.
I went here looking to get rid of some stuff and hopefully pick up a superbug fan and housing. I ended up coming home with a set of Porsche cookie
cutters for a great price.
It was a good day. I wish there were more events like that. I suppose I'll have to get off my butt and organsie the Ovals Only Cruise and Swap
(Just added the swap meet because I met so many people doing up Ovals)

i think me and the guys from newcastle all got there too late,
i didnt get to talk to anyone from the forum i dont think, and alot of ppl seemed to hav left. did anyone see my yellow oval?
would hav liked to hav seen dave and CT for a chat.
i saw a guy, maybe he's on the forum, he got those headlight grills and headlights all for $30 at the swap meet. nice...:thumb
