From some one up NORTH
I know my season is just starting up (after a long winter) and your season is just starting to wrap up. What are your plans for the off season??
What changes are you going to make?? What changes do you have to make??

Hi Wayne,
As far a the car goes:
Everything from the tie rod ends and front shocks to the oxygen sensor in the exhaust gets an inspection
After running over 80, 12 second passes on a non wedgemated 8 dowell crank and savage black magic clutch that recieved little service,
* check of the flywheel and crank and dowell mating, therefore possible change of crank and flywheel
* Rethink of clutch pressure plate components
* Larger engine breather box
* * See if I can talk myself into running alcohol or E85 to help cool my engine as my racing class does not allow tow vehicles and it's a long drive
from the finish line (especially during latter rounds of racing)
* A total re-think as to what I carry as spares / tools as I take way too much to the drags
What's your off season routine?
Regards H

Lots to think about.. I like the alchol change you will like that, you will need to do some jet work. I converted to alcohol about 15 years ago and
I would never go back...
