2.0L type 4 engine


I have here a complete fuel injected 2.0L type 4 engine that was used in a bus for the last 6500 km's . this engine has the following components :
Brand new Crank case -NOS
ground crank .010/.010
Genuine VW main bearings std/.010 -NOS
rebushed conrods
KS cam bearings with bronze thrust
new std hydraulic cam and gear - NOS
Genuine cam followers
German Mahle piston kit with cast oil rings
091 square port heads , never been machined , new valves , new guides , 39 x 34 , std compression , original hard VW seats
new valve adjusting screws
std 228mm flywheel with sachs clutch kit
completely balanced including fan and clutch
all tin present and painted
rebuilt Alternator
Perfect throttle body
Excellent heater boxes
Genuine Nickel plated muffler
NOS injectors
new air flow meter
ECU , wiring harness all hardware ect.
Thermostat present and working

This has been used as a daily driver for the last 6 months in a 76 microbus and the best fuel economy was 9.3 L /100 km's and the worst was 10.6 L /100 km's . this engine is located in Wollongong , NSW and is priced @ $ 5000 as a complete engine , or $ 5400 less fuel injection , or $ 6300 as a turn key deal , ROD , 02-42729920 .

Rod why is it dearer minus injection or it that a typo??

Brennden , maybe I should have worded it like , $ 5000 for the complete engine , $ 5400 for engine and tinware or $ 6300 for engine , tinware , clutch , exhaust and fuel injection system , complete ready to install and use , ROD .

This engine belongs to Michael Shimo , and he wants it gone . He will drop the price for the complete turn key deal to $ 5500 . If you want just the engine longblock , make an offer , ROD , 02-42729920 .

Hi Rod,
Curious to know what would be needed to fit into a dual carb bus in addition to the complete engine?
Fuel tank, Air cleaner etc??
