Is there such a thing as a brand new Engine for a beetle (1776 cc + up to 1914/1916 cc)
I am wondering if there is such a thing a a brand new engine for a beetle
1776cc + up to 1914/1916cc
I have found a few sites in the US that sell second hand cases etc with all new parts and thats what it seems to be from some people I have spoken to
here as well.
Am i being naive to think that you can get a brand new turn key engine is Australia or any where in the world
?
Any advice welcome.

As Lee said, you can get them from all the above places.
Just to clarify, YES you can buy a brand new engine case still and different types/brands and it all comes down to $$$$$$

Hi Lee,
Thanks for that
I have tried Classic - he only has reco cases not brand new ones,
A little worried about a reco case as I had a 1835 before and the crank case cracked due to being old and the back firing that was going on.
