I had 31x10.5 desert deulers on 7" rims on the baja. When i did that i thought that was about the limit... I don't know much about tyres and wheels though.

Hey hey,

Porsche, HSV & FPV, fit 235s to their 8" rims.
A 215 would fit a 7" rim.
You could go bigger.

It just depends on how much sidewall flex you want when driving through corners.
