Are you all nuts??? He's wrecked what could have been a great car. He's taken the soul and dignity right out of it and turned it into some
ridiculous joke of a car. I've seen far too many of these online and it really has to stop, whether its a splitty or a bay who cares! Its retarded,
if I ever meet the guy that built that thing or anyone who's done the same I'd punch them in the face.

dude!!!
i agree as i personly dont like the stumpy vans but i can see the amount of hard work thats gone into making it look very neat. Saying ur punch them
in the face becasue they build a car u dont like is stupid! how would u like it if some fella rolls up to u and punchs u in the face casue u have the
wrong wheels or paint etc etc

not every custom/resto whatever is to everyones liking. u have to respect the work people put into there cars tho .

stumpy vans.. not my thing one bit.. that paint job...fu*king ace!!!!!

This stuff was all the rage in the 80's, when I guess these buses werent seen like they are today.

But hey, you never know, the middle might have been rotten right through! And at least its still around!
Looks like they did a cracking job on it.

x2

u dont know the situation it could have been a Tboned bus that someone resurected rather than crush
but most likely it was just done in the 80s when splitties were everywhere and considered worthless
look at the paint FFS

theres heaps of shortys and most are in the US built when they were easy to get

i mean farout they completely destory an almost mint 23 window in whats up doc

if he didn't end up with this bus and do this to it do you think it would have ended up in your hands or something? who cares what someone else does
to their car or with their property. if its not yours you don't really have a say or a right to get angry. the paint job is really nice.

True it is his own right to do whatever he wants to it, punching anyone is not gonna solve anything (that was figure of speech really). Had the sh#ts
at the time of the post, I had just got back from a yard in Riverstone where some wally had stacked his cars 3 high and the bottom layer was made up
of just split windows and lowlights. I just hate to see things go to waste. If you put that much effort into a Splitty, why not bring it back to
something near original. Just think of what it could of been, oh and by the way yes he could have made one car by saving two wrecks but in this case
he took a running, driving relatively rust free panel van, chopped the middle out of it and threw it away. There was a brief write up about it in some
hotrod mag I saw a while back. Really sorry if I came across as a dick.
PS, the paint job is pretty sweet.
