Tell me i did it right! - YOU DID IT RIGHT MICK !!!

I just battled with my front beam for the last few hours, Putting the torsion leaves back in..... Most of the time being terribly confused!

I had Swayaway type adjusters put in it, Now i have it back together so tell me if i have it right. There is 2 grub screws one long and one short right..... The short one locks the leaves into the adjuster by locking into the divot in the leaves, then the long one screws into the adjuster to lock it in at the desired ride height.

It is like this now and seems to be the only way it will work, I think i had it right the first time! :lol:

Mick.

[size=5]Yes

You have it right Mick
the short one holds the leaves in place just like the divot in the torsion tubes that were cut out..
and the long one holds the adjuster in place...

I had that problem too. It just throws all sorts of problems into what you thought was a simple leaf installation. glad to see you sorted it.
