16 x 7 rims

I have a set of 4 rims here off a late model Passat that are all in very good condition . These are a 5 x 112 pattern , 16 x 7 , in a positive 45 off-set . These are a factory alloy Borbett wheel and are priced @ $ 130 a set , located in Wollongong NSW , ROD , 02-42729920

Hi Rod. What would the 45 offset do to the track width of the car. we are restricted to 25 mm increase from standard in vic. that is from the center line on one side to the center line on the other.
