Swap High Hinged cargo Doors for Low Hinged Cargo Doors

Hi
Have a set of High hinged Cargo doors which are the wrong type for my 67 PMG panelvan. Does anyone want to swap for Low hinge doors or would like to buy them. I am in Country Western Australia.
