Once the body is removed how is the floor pan of a type 3 best removed?

I dont understand your question??? if the body is removed, well, to my understanding, it has been removed from the floorpan, then you ask how is the floor pan best removed, "Removed from what"? I must be getting old.

The top of the car comes off and then I need to remove the two sides of the floor from the subframe.
