Run brake fluid through them. I wouldn't use any other type of fluid.

funnell?
contact clearner would suffice too, comes in a can like wd40 etc, its essentially pure alcohol, evaporates pretty quick, handy stuff really, priceiest
ive found it was $37 a can at goulburn repco, saved a 3month old phone from death by latte though so not too bad in the scheme of things.
once its all cleaned out, refit all your lines up & bleed them all from master to caliper, then attach to calipers/wheel cylinders & repeat,
should work fine

Well, personally unless they were super dirty I would probably just put them in the car and bleed the system through a few times. If you wanted to do
it a bit more properly, try getting a large plastic syringe and a length of hose which you can fit over the brake line, then syringe the brake fluid
through. Or else maybe try just a funnel and do it with gravity. Or you could get one of those hand pumps which you can buy from car parts stores and
pump some brake fluid through. Use your imagination!

Run an air blower off a compressor into a small piece of fuel pipe with the other side going on to the bubble on the pipe. should blow it clear.

Use some brake cleaner ,evaporates quickly and cheap(supercrap sell it) or Isopropyl(Bunnings keep it). Maybe seal up one end to let fluid soak for a
bit then compressed air through it after draining.
BTW One of the brands of brake cleaner has an extended nozzle or get the plastic tube from a WD40 can for the nozzle.........

This is what i did, and i swear by it. Old original brake lines that had been exposed for more than 2 yrs in the weather got blown out, solving the
cloggin issue i had. Allowing brake fluid to just drain in won't apply great pressure to really blow out stuff if there are mass amounts of debree or
blockage. however brake fluid is good for washing out fine particulates.
