Like nearly all the 70s colours it ages terribly and looks like crap when it oxidises and fades but a freshly painted honey brown car really isn't
all that bad looking.
Retro 70s colours seem to be making a come back with current cars.
You watch next model Falcon will probably come out in a turd brown.

for your bug.
Babyshit brown or poo brown are other well known names for this colour.

yep honey brown. personal experience, this has by far been the most common colour I have seen on vws
