A good 36HP crank is required for a rebuild, this is for a friend as the crank in his engine has broken, please PM me with the details and i will pass the details on, if possible please let me know the journal size's on the main's and big end's.

I had a bloke ring me during the week who had a complete 36hp engine and trans. He was going to restore an oval, but it rusted out before he got to it. I was planning to take some photos when I am home on the weekend and post them. I don't think he wants much for it (if anything), he just felt it was too good to throw out and wondered if I knew anyone who may be interested.

Its hard to find a crank that isn't cracked.

When I was building my 36hp I had to pull down 6 motors to find one good crank !:spin:

Hi Steve, he asked me to have a look, email him and let him know, the crank will need to be checked out to see if is not cracked or under size on the journals

OK, I finally got the photos of the 36hp engine & trans. He also has a lot of other bits & pieces off the car - semaphores, lights, windscreen, etc. if anyone is interested.

He is renovating his house, so wants something for the parts, so make an offer. His name is Mal. Ring him on 0410 236230 for more info.
