lowering wheels

I have a new set of 15 x 5.5" chrome rims here fitted with new federal 165/45/15 tyres . These are to fit a 4 x 130 pattern bug/ghia or type 3 . If you want to lower your car these are 5" smaller in diameter when compared to a std size . I would like to get $ 840 for the set and these are located in Wollongong NSW , ROD , 02-42729920 .
