is CVD alive?

hey everyone i was just wondering if anybody has ordered anything from classic vee dub website lately..

i put in an order almost 2 months ago and i've had no word apart from the order confirmation... one of the parts i ordered was one of the no price listed ones ie ($0.00).. i thought this meant back order so i gave them about 4 weeks then send an email to their sales address saying that the part can be left out as i need the other parts in the order...

its been about 3 weeks since then and no reply, i've tried calling and always get the busy tone (well at least i think its a busy tone)...

are you guys getting the same thing or am i just the one that got forgotten about?

May want to read this thread: http://forums.aussieveedubbers.com/viewtopic.php?tid=84534

Keep trying to call though, you'll eventually get through. It may take about ten goes though. Good luck!

Ordered parts from Sydney and Qld usually takes close to two weeks?
How come I can get them quicker direct from the states and at less than half the cost( including the postage)
Won't even bother asking shops here anymore, direct from the states is the only way to buy.

When I need parts urgently I have no problems getting My parts delivered within 3-4 days... from QLD to NSW or from Sydney

Naturally excluding the Shop this post/thread is about... lol

LEE

PS: with ALL the competition now from Australia and overseas
VW Parts shops in Australia need to be FAST and reasonably priced...
but because of differences in Quality [or lack of??] and country of origin...
Price differences WILL occur

Just received my first US order a few weeks ago. Order was finalised on thursday.
Recieved an email on Sunday saying parts were shipped on the Saturday.
Parts were in my workshop Monday.
California to Adelaide in 2 DAYS.
Average time from the East coast of Australia is 10 days to 2 weeks. That's a big difference.
