Heater Channel Replacement

Hi All
Quick question. I'm replacing the L/H heater channel and repairing the door pillar. Which is best to do first? Or do them both at the same time?
BTW the body is off the pan.

the sill and one at a time

make sure you weld a bit of steel tube between the A n B pillar to support them while your doing the repair otherwise you will loose the door gaps

Aswell as bracing something I did with mine was to fab up a frame that mounted onto 2 body bolts on heater channels as well a front and rear guard bolt each side... that way could get the channel in EXACTLY the right position first time.
