The whois entry for the domain registration has the owner being a Wassim Dannawi... maybe try that in the ABN register, whitepages or similar ?

If you do a google search for 'vollks', at the bottom of his search result it says "Leppington NSW 0404 566 577" I'm assuming that's his number.
