hi everyone just curious if you could fit an earlier deck lid to a 69 bug by just changing the rear apron

I think it will fit without the rear seal completely matching... you may need to convert the rear apron to make it nice, but in the meantimne i
believe the rear lid will simply bolt in place.
let us know if i am wrong though

sweet plans on putting 50s deck lid on 69 bug just not to fust on the later ones
