Have you seen these?
Hi all,
I've been wondering lately about some of the volks I've owned.
All pretty much stock.
All sold in Brisbane late 1990's
Tourquoise bug 1963, Orange interior. Went to north side of Brisbane I think.
White bug 1960 REG No NLS 412, Black rear window louvre, sheep skins on front seats. Black carpet. Went up to Bribie Island I think.
Blue and White Bug 1960, blue interior. Original with log books, matching numbers etc.
Also had a 1963 Type 3 notch. REG No NQV 906 from memory, Sold it 1999 I think. Still trying to find photo's of it. Dark blue faded in places, Salt
and peper interior, push button dash, dent in rear bumper, crease in passenger door, sheep skins on front seats, original, matching numbers, log
books, low miles, plastic exterior sun visor. Guy who bought it was wrapped with it and said to look out for it in the vw mags,.. I don't know if it
ever made into any mag.
Would really love to find this car.
Will update with other numbers and photo asap.
Thanks for looking.
All info appreciated.

SO,...
If I have the VIN and Engine Number.
Does anybody know if there is a search that I can do through QLD transport?
Or any other suggestions?
I'm under the impression that there is not for privacy reasons.
