got 3k (tops) to spend, will be my first car. don't want too much work to do on it so reg/rwc is highly desirable. manual. early or late not too phased.

im in the south east, you tried rick a volksrecycle? he has a few project cars and sells most the parts you would need, for the money you have you may just be buying a project

yeah fair enough, i've also been looking around for a mk1/mk2 golf so which ever i find at the right price in good nick i think i'll snap it up - at least i'm keeping it in the vdub family!

where abouts is volksrecycle?
