Aircooled mechanics in Tas?
A friend of mine is about to buy a '75 kombi camper and go straight to Tasmania for a driving holiday. Can you please recommend a couple of good
aircooled mechanics so I can pass on the details to him, just in case? Thanks!

Would be a good idea to have the Kombi thoroughly checked and serviced by a reputable VW workshop FIRST before setting off. It's a 36-year old
vehicle - it could have anything wrong with it and it's a big ask for an old vehicle.
As for Tassie, why not contact people from the VW Club of Tas: http://www.vwtas.org/contact-us.html

Yes, he is getting it properly checked over first.
I'll contact the club, thanks.
