Type 3 seating options

I need to replace seats in my fastie, set up thats in it was very very dodgy!! they arnt original seats so going back to to rails etc dosent seem posible. (is it) so was after some tips of how to install some sort of seating set up. rear seat is fine its just the driver and passenger.
What sort of seats fit, what sort of bracing will ineed to put in the pans etc

i've been weighing this up for a while and come up with these choices;

or since the weather gets pretty warm here - perhaps a suede option could be better.

I was at autoexotica the other week and there was a guy making Porsche seats. There was a nice lowback seat there in houndstooth fabric for about $900 and it was called the nurburgring.

Last on my list - but more of a sensible option would be;
