WTB SEQld Baja - got one thanks.
Looking for a Baja or beetle suitable to baja SE Qld area.
Year and suspension set up doesn't matter (obviously not a macpherson strut type).
Engine and gearbox not neccessary.
Rust repairs OK
Unfinished project OK
Incomplete OK
Price will depend on condition
Looking to buy before Xmas so if you want some cash and have one you want to part with please let me know.

I have a floorpan for sale complete with running gear but no engine. Kingpin and swinger. on the sunny coast.
Then you just need a body.... Shame. I sent a body to scrap
Metal recently.
I also have baja kit etc for cheap.
Check the parts for sale forum.

I just realised it needs to be kingpin front end for the parts i have.
I'll keep your pan in mind Nicko but would prefer a body etc too.

Hi Bluebaja,
I have just advertised my 65 king and link pin Baja for sale on Manx club australia forum and will shortly also advertise here on
Aussieveedubbers.(also on ebay from this morning)
Baja has recently (last year) undergone a body off build including paint inside and out.
It is completely 100% rust free
with new Door floorpan, rear window and front and rear screen rubbers
1600tp, 68 model long axle gearbox, type three rear drums
It does need a Carby kit and Axle seals done for roadworthy but has had more than the asking price spent on it in the last couple of years
ALL of the hard work has been done. Asking $3500 as is RWC negotiable
I live in SE Qld near Stanthorpe (half our from Warwick)
I am selling as I live right next door to my work so I am going to start the rebuild of the 68 model Baja that I also have
