My Ghia's new home!

After about 7 years under a carport my Ghia has finally got a proper home! I'm looking forward to fitting it out so I can work on the car without being eaten by mosquitoes!

I just need to get the drive way low-car friendly.

All up not much under $20K. There was a fair bit of prep work and I have had an extra 6m x 6m slab poured at the back for a roof only section. I'm very happy with the result. There is a list of things I have been wanting to do the car and now have a good space to work in. Before this all I had was a 6m x 3m garden shed to store all my stuff in. Not good!

I recon he did, some thing like that would cost twice or more otherwise.

My uncle got quoted 18k for a 6x8? shed extension with no concrete, doors, window or gutters.

he did the whole thing including everything for 4500 buks and the most expensive part was a custom gutter @ $600

and guess what? his shed turned out better than any contracted shed building work I have seen

Not a DIY. All I did was design it. A local mob who are happy to take on custom designs built it. Yes there is probably room for a hoist however I'm going with a mezzanine. There is a 6m x 6m slab at the back which I will construct a roof only section on to do any dusty work. The aim is to keep the shed dust and clutter free! Room for another project - never say never!?
